Dr. Higgins began treating me when I was bed-ridden after a life-changing accident. That was almost 5 years ago and I still see her for periodic "tune-ups". She is calm, confident and has many tools in her tool box. She is not a "one size fits all" kind of doctor. She's never pressured me to buy a certain # of sessions or made me stand in a corner because I still drink caffeine now and then. I can be open with my health concerns here. By the way, her clinic by the lake is therapeutic all on its own.

I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. They are always spot-on about what is bothering me. I have never been misdiagnosed by this chiropractor; they are an expert at what they do. I was nervous that I was going to be numb or stiff after my adjustments, but I felt absolutely fantastic when I left. It's obvious that they are experts at what they do and I feel very safe under their care. Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities.
